The Lifetime Tamarack™ is a sit-on-top kayak built for durability and designed for stability and comfort. The flat bottom and deep tracking channels optimize the stability and movement of the kayak. The adjustable backrest and multiple footrest positions optimize your comfort on your long paddling adventures. The kayak features a durable build that is impact resistant and UV-protected. There are three storage options for your gear in the water: front bungees, a rear tank well, and a storage hatch in the center. Front and rear t-handles and side luggage handles let you easily carry your kayak to and from the water. Paddle Not Included
I just bought a 10 ft Tamarack but it did not come with a paddle. I thought a paddle was standard issue with your kayaks? Am I wrong?

Quality boat!
We have used this kayak for the last 5 years and love it. Durable, dependable, and agile. Light enough to carry up our steep lake hill about 200 feet. Really good value for the money.

Awesome kayak at reasonable price with great customer service
Received my new kayak and it worked great except a small clip that holds the seat strap was broken in transit. I called and, without being put on hold for hours while a recording told me that my call was important, i got through to a live person who quickly figured out the part i needed and made sure it was in the mail quickly. So great kayak and great customer service.

We Love Our Kayak
The kayak meets our expectation. the only thing we did not like is that the seat pins did not hold to well and are starting to tear, but that is probably from the harsh sun and traveling once with the seats not strapped down thru a mountain range for 3 hours.

Great Kayak
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great kayak! We have only gotten to use it once so far, but we loved it. It is SUPER heavy though, so be prepared! We strapped it to the top of our Honda Accord with foam blocks, and it was fine for a 30 min trip to the lake.

Extremely stable and nimble
My wife and I are in our 60's and needed a kayak that was easy for us to get in and out of. This kayak met our requirements perfectly. It is light enough to handle out of the water, yet very durable. I recommend this one for anyone who is looking for a fun experience with a stable platform.

Great Customer Service Reponse
My wife and I bought a Lifetime tandem kayak 3 years ago. This was the second time in the 3-year period that we needed a replacement part. We kayak often.. The customer service department and specifically our sales rep performed magnificently. When we determine to switch from a tandem to two individual kayaks, we will purchase from Lifetime. Keep up the great work.

I had 6 small parts to order and my consultant was right on track with knowing from my description exactly which parts i needed. Then because of wait time on hold and his computer not working at top speed they offered the part free with expedited shipping! Made the wait worth it. Thanks for the great service!!

We bought two Lifetime Tamarack 100 On Top Kayaks last summer. The seat of one of the kayaks somehow got bent and made it impossible to operate the kayak with ease and comfort. I accessed the Lifetime website and via chat explained the problem. The agent understood and ordered a new seat that arrived at our home within 10 days. No hassle, just 100% superior customer service. Thank you!

Really falling apart
I bought this just over a year ago and so far one of the side carrying handles has come off, the seat bottom has come off, and both adjustable straps for the seat have broken. The plastic piece that makes the seat adjustable broke on one side and bent so that it will not stay attached on the other side. The plastic is not of good quality. I am about 160 pounds so I don't feel i've exceeded the weight limit of 275. Very disappointed.
