I love dark chocolate and decided to grab this Excellence bar from Lindt on a recent shopping trip. This bar has the perfect amount of chocolate to fruit ratio. The dark chocolate itself is a medium dark, not too bitter and not too sweet. There are bits of what looks like freeze dried raspberry throughout the bar, adding a nice crunch and natural flavor. Sometimes candy can claim to have fruit flavor but it tastes very fake, but this raspberry tastes very natural and sweet, not fake at all. Really great treat!

Pretty good
I'm a milk chocolate girly through and through but this is pretty good for dark chocolate. The raspberry really just makes this bar that much better. I would be careful though as this does have the seeds in it. So if you have cavities or sensitive spots in your teeth, the seeds may irritate it. A well balanced bar.

The dark chocolate doesn't taste bitter at all. I love the mix of chocolate and raspberry, it's similar to the flavor of chocolate covered strawberries. I'd say even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rarely ever eat Lindt chocolates other than the bagged truffles and let me say, this is sooooo much better. I love dark chocolate and raspberry so of course this bar was a match made in heaven for me. It even had a little texture to it aside from it being raspberry flavored so texturally, it reminded me slightly of a Crunch bar but with the thinness of a fancy chocolate bar. Overall, enjoyed this a lot and would definitely recommend!!!

I gave 4 stars because the dark chocolate was a bit dry tasting for me and there were some ingredients I did not recognize.
