Little Unicorn Toddler Comforter

You are right about the size being smaller than the standard sized comforter so I wanted to share more about the design behind it. The comforter itself is specifically designed to have less fabric and allow for more movement as a transition blanket in a crib with sideboards or on a smaller toddler bed. Standard comforters have more fabric and are not designed to help your infant transition to the toddler sleeping stage. The lighter weight muslin and smaller size help reduce the risk of a child being completely covered by a heavier, larger blanket and help prevent overheating. By design, they offer the cozy feel of a full comforter while still being more breathable than the standard blanket. But yes, when directly compared to a muslin blanket, they are not as breathable.
