Good for the habit, not the highest dose

I've used collagen powders before and they work, but I always fall off the wagon because of the effort. Gummies solve that problem—I actually remember to take them. The orange flavor is pleasant and the texture is soft without being sticky. After a month, my nails seem stronger and my skin looks a little more even. My honest caveat: 100mg per serving is much lower than a typical powder scoop, so if you're chasing serious results, this won't replace that. But as a low-effort daily boost, it's a solid pick.
