Worst
Performance was low. Kept on disconnecting. Poor latency. Returned the very next day.

Connection drops and high latency are certainly unexpected for this model, as smooth performance is a top priority. Thank you for sharing this feedback, which helps ensure quality expectations are consistently met.

Mouse
This mouse is really nice, it has a great battery life, and it fits my hand way better than the razer mouse that I had before. And I like that the dpi setting are actually on this mouse unlike the razer I had. Overall one of the best mouse’s I’ve had, plus the Logitech software is much better then razors software.

The G502 X PLUS clearly stands out for you. Better hand fit, long battery life, and the convenience of on‑mouse DPI settings make it a strong upgrade from your Razer. Pair that with Logitech’s smoother software experience, and it’s easy to see why you’d call it one of the best mice you’ve owned.

Great mouse.. Almost.
Had an older model and this one feels an improvement overall. The wheel is embarrassing though. The clunky noise coming from it is hard to understand given the price point of this..
1 reply from Logitech team - 2 months ago
Hey! It is great to hear that the Logitech G502 X PLUS feels like a meaningful step forward from your previous model. The feedback on the wheel is particularly useful, especially given how important that control is during everyday gaming and navigation. We appreciate you taking the time to point out that specific aspect of the experience. If you would like our team to take a closer look, please contact socialcare@logitech.com with your full name, summary of the issue, email and country, and they will be happy to assist.

I love buttons
This is, without a doubt, the best mouse I have ever used. I rely on it for both gaming and productivity, and it has remained exceptionally comfortable throughout extended gaming sessions as well as full eight-hour workdays. One of my favorite features is its customization. The mouse offers plenty of programmable buttons and configuration options, making it easy to tailor the controls to fit my workflow and gaming preferences. Overall, this mouse delivers outstanding comfort, performance, and versatility. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality mouse for both work and gaming. 10/10—absolutely recommended.

Best Mouse hands down
I now have 4 varying G502 mice with the latest being this one. Solid design, great feel, lots of buttons and customizability. Don't think about it, get it! Highly recommend you get the power mat to go with it.

Great Overall Mouse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holds a good charge. Personally I use it both at work and at home. I use the powerplay charging mat at work and it lasts me all weekend (probably would last a week of heavy use on one charge). Otherwise comfortable to use. Button layout is intuitive. Not the lightest mouse on the market but it’s certainly not heavy. Overall great mouse.

Worth the upgrade!
A true upgrade from its successor. Smoother more accurate glide and it feels better on the hand. I use it for work and gaming. A wonderful upgrade

this is a downgrade from last gen
The scroll wheel is cheaper then the previous generation, there is no weight customization option. This is a downgrade from the previous model. Overall, the device is a downgrade. The software is unreliable and frequently malfunctions, necessitating frequent reinstalls.

Excellent gaming and every day mouse
The quick dpi switch is ideal for multi monitor setup with different resolutions (like 4K and HD), it allows for using the right monitor for the right tool in the right resolution. The mouse is super light and very comfortable, it feels very natural to use. Battery life, not sure yet, 2 weeks of usage and still has about 40% (with lights off).
