I've been using the g502 hero x lightspeed for a while now the battery is great and the one of the main things was the latency scared be but no, no problem at all its great i love this mouse

Love it! The design is flawless. Maybe the turbo button could be a little closer to the thumb

It moves swiftly on the mouse pad. Multiple key function is pretty useful. However, it may move a little too fast. Maybe a little bit extra weight will be helpful.

After about 2 years, the mouse wheel started having problems. I have to spin it a lot, to get it to move a little. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in to look at. TONS of screws, but they are labeled, and it is not terrible to take apart, it's just not easy. After taking it apart, it was not an issue with cleaning. The part is flaky. I really think a scroll wheel mechanism should last longer than 2 years, especially on a high-end, EXPENSIVE mouse.

fantastic mouse with just the right amount of programable buttons. some buttons are a bit difficult to push while holding the mouse normally, but i think thats due to large hand size more than the mouse itself. battery life is top notch. although it said it had full charge when i received it it died over night and i was concerned, but after charging to full again it has been weeks since ive had to plug it in at all. price may be more than some options but you get what you pay for with this one.

The G502 X mouse meets all my expectations and works well enough for my needs. However, I have yet found a way to keep the "G HUB" software from trying to connect to my DISCORD account. I don't want the G HUB developers to have access to my DISCORD account.

Amazing mouse! Love everything about, very comfortable and perfectly weighted. I use it for work not gaming - but it’s great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from a G502 HERO, the G502 X LIGHTSPEED feels just as good in the hand. I prefer the changes to the scroll wheel, personally. I did like the heavier feel of the HERO's wheel, but it rattled so much during quick movements I found it annoying. The buttons along the left primary button are a little less distinguishable, but I honestly don't mind it. The weight reduction is noticeable, but I was fine with the HERO, so another wash for me. I do like the thumb grip better on the LIGHTSPEED as it is more defined unlike the HERO that wrapped the rubberized area up to the area under your palm. I will say the one aspect that I'm not sure I like is the feel of the primary left/right click. The switches are much more firm and tactile compared to the HERO and noticeably louder. I never had switch issues with my HERO (or my Spectrum before it), so currently this feels like a downgrade to me. Also, not a fan of G Hub, but overall, still prefer it to Synapse. Overall, my initial impressions are that the G502 X LIGHTSPEED mostly continues the greatness that the G502 moniker is known for. Feel in the hand is excellent and most of the changes are neutral to positive. I'm gonna have to get use to those firm, loud clicks, however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this has been a really great mouse. I don't think I can tell much difference with the optical switches, but they feel as good as anything else. Very comfortable but probably not as good as something like an mx master mouse for comfort. The battery life is amazing. I think this mouse will probably outlast my wireless G915 TKL keyboard.
