  • A: Hi Wire question, thanks for reaching out about Logitech G305 Lightspeed Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse. To use the Logitech G305 wirelessly, you need to: Install a AA battery in the mouse. Plug the small USB receiver into a USB port on your computer. (You can use the optional extension cable to position the receiver optimally). Turn on the mouse using the power switch usually located on the bottom. You do not plug the mouse directly into the computer with a wire for regular wireless operation. The wire is just for extending the reach of the USB receiver if needed. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Good Mouse

First gaming mouse I’ve ever owned so I’m not that picky about it. Doesn’t feel super cheap, but also doesn’t feel premium either. The shape is good for my hand size, the side buttons are placed well, the scroll wheel is alright, and the buttons are clicky. The mouse itself feels light even with the battery inside, the lack of RGB keeps it discrete, and it works great on the PlayStation 5. I can see why Logitech has been keeping it in production since 2018.
