Wireless mouse pickup
The item is working fine but pickup was a pain. I'd ordered online and went inside to the customer service desk to pick up my order, thinking I'd be in and out quickly. But even though the confirmation email said "Go inside to Guest Services," the clerk said my item was in the drive-thru area. Instead if it being a quick in and out pickup, I had to wait about 10 minutes for him to retrieve my item from the drive-thru. When I asked him why it was there when the email said for me to pick up at Guest Services, he said he had no idea. He said there could be several reasons wny! And while I was waiting, a line formed behind me and those people had to wait, too.
