Q: My scroll wheel rotates but does not move the mouse on the screen.
submitted by Debbie - 22 days ago
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Wireless Mouse - dealworthy™ Black: USB-A Connection Home Accessory.
If the scroll wheel spins but doesn't scroll pages, while the mouse pointer otherwise works, there are a few common causes:
Check the USB receiver
Make sure the wireless USB-A receiver is fully inserted.
Try a different USB port.
Replace the battery
Low battery power can sometimes cause certain mouse functions to stop working correctly even when cursor movement still works.
Test on another computer
If the wheel scrolls on another computer, the issue is likely a software setting on the original computer.
If it fails on both, the mouse itself may be defective.
Verify scroll settings
In Windows: Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Mouse.
Ensure scrolling is enabled and set to the desired number of lines.
Check for debris
Dust or lint around the scroll wheel can prevent the wheel encoder from registering movement even though the wheel physically rotates.
Does the wheel also act as a button?
Press the wheel down and see if the middle-click works. If neither scrolling nor middle-click works, the wheel mechanism may have failed internally.
If the cursor does not move at all and you're referring to the wheel making the mouse move on the desk, note that the scroll wheel is only for scrolling pages; it does not control cursor movement.

Q: Would this mouse work with my MacBook Air?
submitted by Katherine - 3 months ago
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Wireless Mouse – dealworthy™ Black: USB‑A Connection Home Accessory.
Yes, it can work with a MacBook Air, but you will need a USB‑C to USB‑A adapter or hub since MacBook Air models use USB‑C ports instead of USB‑A. Once connected with an adapter, the mouse should function normally.
If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833‑848‑8324 every day, between 7am–11pm CST

Q: I just purchased an hp chromebook and I want to know if this mouse is compatible
submitted by Kimmy - 7 months ago
A: Hi, thanks for reaching out about Wireless Mouse - dealworthy™ Black: USB-A Connection Home Accessory.
Yes, the dealworthy™ Wireless Mouse is compatible with your HP Chromebook.
Since Chromebooks run on ChromeOS, they are designed to be "plug-and-play" with standard USB peripherals. This mouse uses a 2.4GHz wireless connection via a USB-A dongle (the small receiver included in the package), which is a universal standard that Chromebooks recognize instantly without needing to install any drivers.
If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

Terrible Design for Battery Door
You get what you pay for. The door for the two AAA batteries is a terrible design and must be broken to open the compartment. At least the mouse then works.

Avoid
The worst mouse I've ever had the misfortune of trying to use. It will freeze and skip unless plugged in, which defeats the entire purpose of a wireless mouse. Waste of time and money. If I could give this less than a 1 star, I would.

too complex
the place where you put the batteries in is garbage. hurt my finger trying to dig the thing out. they couldve just used a sliding cover instead. and the mouse broke while i tried to get the battery cover off. one more thing is that the batteries are hard to get out too and confusing too. everything is confusing
