I had the headset for 2 months and now the connection is bad. I’ve already reset both my headset and computer. It’s not the computer as all my other Bluetooth devices are working properly. I read reviews of this happening but figured it wouldn’t happen to me. Yet here I am out money because I trusted something I shouldn’t have.

The Zone 300 is seamless. Once it is setup, don't have to worry about it dropping connection. I have multiple users and have heard only great things from some very picky users.

Almost really good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is nice. They are also pretty comfortable and they feel like they have a good quality. The only reason I have to drop it 2 stars is that the mic is so sensitive that it will pick up the voices and conversations of people all the way across the office I work in. I have to return it because my customers can't hear me amongst all of the extra noise. If you have your own quite work space - these are great. If you have a lot of noises around you - unfortunately these may not be the best option for you. Thanks. :)

Privacy in an open world

But so far, only the Zone 300 connects instantly, works every time, and is comfortable throughout a long office call. It keeps me from resorting to asking my desk mates to keep it down while I'm on a call because my headset stopped again. It gives me some office privacy in a place that's completely open. Love it!

Great quality and awesome WFH tool, but Teams doesn't like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product, and I love using it between my office setup as well as for my phone. I love the mute feature built-in to the mic arm as you push it up or pull it down. However, when pairing the headset to my laptop, I have to have the arm down and "unmuted" for the computer to recognize that it is a headset. Additionally, I always have to restart my headset for Teams to recognize it again when I join a meeting after a while....but I love that it pairs to Logi Tune. TL;DR: Great for the price, great quality, and always love my Logitech products. A little speed bump with pairing the headset. Other than that, I can't really complain, which is why I am honored to award four stars.
