Common Sense goes a long way.
this isn't a review of the item it's a review of the customer service in Fayetteville Ny store. I ordered this item for pick up after I got off work. when I went to go pick it up it still said possessing 3 hours later when it's supposed to be ready in 2 hours. the clerk suggested to go seeing it was still on the shelf and just cancel the it and buy it again or i would have to wait longer or come back tomorrow. The problem with that is I was doing a payment through PayPal and didn't want to pay it all up front given its the holiday shopping season and wanted to make payments on it like all the other gifts I ordered. Now if it's still on the shelf why couldn't a staff member just go and get it and bring it up front since I was already in the building. I work in a grocery store and I'm sure it wouldn't take long to scan it out. Instead of arguing with the clerk I just did what he suggested anyway. I looked and didn't expect to see it still on the shelf given it was the last one they had and I ordered it for pick up why would it still be there in first place?. but it still was there.. lol. What happens if someone else ended up buying it before any one got around to possessing it for pick up?.. it's Called common sense for a reason and less and less people seem to have it these days. Nobody cares anymore and to a paying customer and who is also in the retail/grocery business that is not right and more people like me need to be hired over these lazy employees who don't go above and beyond to make the customer happy. instead it's just a job and a paycheck. once again it's called common sense. I guess it's just a super power these days. If I have to deal with this situation again at that store I might just suggest to the clerk can you just get it off the shelf and do your job like I do at my job.. lol
