Q: How do u remove the tray from the bin? The directions show it in 2 pieces so u can screw the tray in, but the 2 pieces dont come apart.

To remove the Long Sliding Tray, find the plastic levers on the sides of the tray, push the lever on the right side down, and simultaneously pull the lever on the left side up. Then, pull the tray out of the rails. I hope this helps - Emma

Q: Does this slide out from both directions? Can it be placed on the right side under the sink to avoid the center pipe? It is only pictured with the second tier bin on the left side in the photos. Thanks!

Instructions are unclear. Nothing on the labeling or outer packaging indicates that you would need to screw in down into your cabinet. Does not glide smoothly at all.

not worth it
awful! it doesnt stay in place so scratched up my cabinet, the glider is super difficult to use, and because of bith these things, everything falls down every time you use it.

Great with a little work!
so first off, the other reviews are correct. the gliding on these is abysmal once installed. BUT after coating the drawer slides in some lubricant (i used aquaphor, no i am not kidding), it works fabulously. i do foresee needing to replace the aquaphor with a proper lubricant, but for $20 it’s a dang good little shelf. i will also mention that when you pull it out fully stocked, it can bow a little towards the front of the tray since it is a softer plastic. but realistically, again, you get what you pay for. overall this is a wonderful little drawer for what i need right now and should last quite a while until i have more money to upgrade :)

Does NOT glide
I would like my money back for this. It’s already installed and I don’t want to waste more time taking it apart. This does NOT glide. Terrible product. Didn’t realize you have to use screws to drill it into the surface you want it on. Awful.

Dont buy
I wish I would’ve read reviews first. These are terrible. They don’t slide well and just cheap and clunky. I got others from A***** (you know who) and they’re way better

Doesn't glide well, things fall when moving
Doesn't glide as the name suggests. It gets stuck and all of your products fall all over. If you want to use as a standalone item, it will work just fine.
