Disappointing interaction
I love Love Corn. But got a bag that tasted off, like the oil was rancid or something. Contacted customer service, they started off great, acted like they cared, asked for a photo of the UPC and best by date. , they asked for my address and offered to send me a coupon for replacement. Nice, thanks! But guess what? Never received anything. Was annoyed enough to follow up. crickets. Because of this interacation I'll go back to the trashier version, Corn Nuts.
