Terrible customer service experience. Product’s too tall for my MCM couch, so I returned in perfect unused condition in original box. Got email the return was declined without any explanation or proof. Had to call customer service only to be told product arrived but “used” and will take a week to look into inquiry. Product is bulky/may not work for most couches, does not look well made close up, and was a pain to bring to FedEx only to have to spend more time and energy to try to get it rightfully refunded. Think twice.
