THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!
This curry paste is amazing! People who don’t like it either don’t like real Thai food or are using it wrong. It is so easy and delicious. Really great quick meal. Add fresh basil!!!

Delicious!
I am surprised that this product has such a low review when all my dishes with it have been amazing. Perhaps they are using too much? 1-2 tablespoons is all thats is needed for 1-2 lbs of protein with a can of coconut milk.

This is seriously my favorite Green curry paste and I am so disappointed that I can’t find it in stores anymore. It is on the spicier side for pre-made curry pastes, however in my opinion it is the closest I’ve found to what I actually had while in Thailand. It’s amazing.

A very nice Thai curry paste, nothing wrong with the brand, a lot of restaurants would actually use this brand to make the curry. Thai green curry tends to be more spicy than others. Saw a lot of reviews saying the paste is bad, and too salted and full of fish sauce flavor. If you don't like fish sauce, then a lot of Thai food is not for you. Fish sauce in Thai cuisine is very common, even an essential ingredient. I recommend following the instructions while using this, and you should use cooking coconut milk(not the ones in the dairy section), for more authentic taste, add a little palm sugar and fish sauce at the end along with some Thai basil.

Terrible , nothing but salt and hot pepper
I make a lot of Thai food, have for years, and this is by far the worst green curry I have tried. It is incredibly salty and very, very, hot. You cannot discern any basil or lemongrass or any typical Thai curry flavors.

Typical Thai Style, Spicy Green Curry Paste
Not sure what other reviewers expected from this product. It is a concentrated Thai style green curry paste - this 14 oz tub should be used to make 6+ family-sized meals. It has all the flavors I would expect from a thai green curry paste. It IS very spicy, which is typical for Thai green curry paste, so use sparingly, taste, and add more if you can handle more heat.

Ended up throwing the prepared curry out
Should start by saying this product may appeal to some. If you like a curry with high heat, earthy/dirty overall taste, excessive use of fish sauce and an overall bland taste this is for you. Can say the high heat level works. The fish sauce background favor probably masked out any other flavors that may be in it. The earthy dirty flavor and lack of an overall curry flavor made this prepared dish end up in the trash.

Terrible curry
This curry is terrible. It’s incredibly spicy and has a weird, leafy flavor to it. It comes in a plastic bag stuffed in a tub, I threw it out after one use. Do not recommend.

Horrible. I like spicy Thai and Szechuan food, so my palate is used to spice. However, this just tastes if salt and parsley. Didn’t even taste like a mild curry at all. It has a ton of salt in it! Over 600mg in 2 tablespoons. Just gross.

Ekk! Spicy! I used a tablespoon with 1 lb of chicken and broth. I eat indian dna thai food all the time but this was over the top spicy. Flavor was good but inedible. Bummer!

Yum! Spicy
This is good curry paste. Please note it’s spicy. It’s not tame like other ready made / simmer sauce Green Curry. I’ve tried many brands. This is up there for sure.
