Q: Hi I would like someone to please specify if these 3 pack of bottles actually come w 3 nipples too bc I'm confused by what I see in the picture and what I read in the description . Please answer me asap !!

submitted by Rose Anna - 4 years ago
  • A: I also did not get nipples in mine!

submitted byMarisol - 2 years ago
  • A: The description for this product says: INCLUDES THREE 5oz anti-colic baby bottles including three slow flow nipples appropriate for newborn babies. That is slow flow, not medium flow. I believe the 5 oz bottles come with slow flow and the larger bottles come with medium flow.

submitted bySZ - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi there Rose Anna! Our 3 count of MAM Anti-Colic Bottles comes with three MAM Medium Flow Bottle Nipples. Thanks for your question!

Q: Has anyone else had an issue with the print coming off the sides? I've seen such good reviews but 2 out of 3 of ours barely have any print left to know how much we are filling them with. Disappointing

submitted by lmalexander86 - 2 months ago
  • A: Hi there! Thank you for your message, and we apologize for this problem! Please be assured that no harmful chemicals are used in the production of our bottles. Your baby's health is our top priority; we only print with non-toxic substances. We can guarantee that the colors used for our products are 100% baby-safe and not dangerous. We recommend using a non abrasive sponge and non abrasive soap when washing our bottles. We recommend taking the bottle completely apart and removing the silicone valve. Q: Do these bottles shed microplastics? if so at what rate?

submitted by Nate - 1 year ago
  • A: There is no legislation nor standardized test method dealing with microplastics. Up till now MAM polypropylene (PP) bottles have not been tested for microplastics particles. MAM baby bottles are extensively tested according to the standards and regulation in place (EU,China, USA, Brazil)and comply or exceed the relevant requirements (overall migration, specific migrations,non-intentionally added substances-NIAS) Additional to the requirements set by the legislation, MAM Baby Bottles are evaluated in everyday usage conditions-after extensive cleaning and heating procedures (boiling, microwave heating) to get evidence that no substances of concern are migrating. Furthermore together with other renowned companies, MAM is involved in research work, where MAM Baby bottles have been tested for hormone activity, cytotoxicity, genotoxicty, and no reason for any safety concern was detected.

Q: Hello. Is there a specific warmer I should purchase to use with these bottles? Will the Baby Breeza warmer work with these bottles? Thank you in advance.

submitted by Hensy - 1 year ago
  • A: Hi there! Thank you for your question! Our bottles can be warmed in a bottle warmer, under hot running water, or in a container of heated water after removing the protective dust cap. After heating, be sure to stir thoroughly to distribute heat evenly. If you are heating by using a bottle warmer, allow the standing time recommended by the bottle warmer manufacturer and test the temperature before serving. In our instructions, we recommend wrapping a cloth or towel around the bottom of the bottle and shaking to absorb any excess water after warming. We also recommend tightening the lower portion of the bottle after warming. Any bottle warmer that fits a wide bottom bottle should work. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Q: If the mam level 1 nipple is too slow for my baby and the level 2 nipple is too fast is there an in between nipple size I could be using?

submitted by Carebear2007 - 3 years ago
  • A: Hi there! When you see nipples begin to collapse and/or your baby biting/tearing at the silicone nipple, it is time to switch to a faster flow nipple because baby is not getting enough to satiate their appetite. If your baby seems to be overwhelmed by the flow rate of the nipple, try reducing the amount of liquid in the bottle to slow it a bit. Thank you for your question!

We love these bottles. They don’t drip in his cooler bag at all. I had about 18 Dr browns bottles and gave them all away and got 4 boxes of MAM. They’re literally the best thing since sliced bread. Also, baby loves the flat nipple. BUY THEM!

Eh, Not the Best

We absolutely adore the MAM pacifiers but the bottles are a different story. Our little one had a tongue and lip tie operation done and has trouble latching / flanging her lips properly and with the MAM bottles her lips just get stuck and don’t flange out properly which hurts her oral development and makes it more difficult to eat properly from these bottles. We can’t turn the bottle nipple while she’s latched to get her lips flanged out properly either. We ended up not using these bottles due to that, we only use the Dr. Brown’s bottles now.

Best latch for baby

These are the only bottles that have worked with both of my babies. The nipple shape is noticeable different than other brands and I believe that’s why my babies had the best latch with these bottles. I feel like the bottle nipple most closely resembles what a human nipple looks like when it’s in baby’s mouth. It also works pretty well for gassiness. I also love that you can sanitize the bottle parts in itself in the microwave incase you’re out and in a pinch.

These bottles and pacifiers are fantastic. Both of my babies latched well to these nipples with minimal dribble and they honestly preferred these pacifiers over the Avent style. The bottles do have multiple parts to clean, but you can disassemble and sterilize them in the microwave without any fancy equipment. I always recommend MAM products to every new mom.

A lifesaver

Laila - 2 months ago, Verified purchaser
Ok so I tried like 4 different bottles for my breastfeeding newborn like Dr. Browns, avent, Nanobebe, etc and he couldn’t grasp any of the nipples properly until the mam bottle!!! Such a lifesaver bc realistically I can’t nurse all the time so these are amazing and I’m so happy my baby is finally accepting a bottle and loving it! Not to mention these are super affordable too! If you’re on the fence, trust me get it for your EBF baby!

Too many parts, leaks

These anti colic bottles have far too many parts that leak if you do not have them exactly right, which wastes valuable breastmilk! The nipples are also extremely high flow, even the smallest ones for youngest babies. These are not good for EBF babies

Not slow flow

I like the design very much and the nipples on them are great but it’s not a slow flow. My son will have milk all around his neck while I feed him which sucks. I’ll still use them just beware

I bought a ton of different bottle brands when I was pregnant. My little one did not like any of them except for this one. Being able to take it apart at the bottom as well as the top made it super easy to clean. I also feel like it helped with his gas pains compared to other bottles.

I had two EBF babies and they struggled with other bottles when it came to that time (8 months or so). As soon as I gave them these they had no problem. All babies are different, but mine loved these…much that I’m writing an unsolicited review.
