A: Hi there CA! For the optimum cooling effect from our MAM Mini Cooler, put the teether in the refrigerator for one hour. Do not place the MAM Mini Cooler in the freezer compartment. This will make the teether too hard to provide relief for baby's gums. Thanks for your question!
