We would recommend not using the product on travertine.Because travertine is natural stone and acid‐sensitive, using a cleaner that contains acid even if “low level”—could risk etching or damage.- Auria

Q: The package says "Granite & Stone". That should mean safe for natural stone products like travertine, correct? I used a pH test strip and it tests exceedingly acidic, not a neutral to base. What pH???

The natural acid in this product is formulated at a very low level and is present to help maintain formula integrity for this product which is based on natural ingredients. The product can be used safely on sealed granite, man-made stone, sealed natural stone, and sealed marble surfaces. Q: For marble, is this (and the other scents of this line) safe for non polished marble or just polished marble? And what about for marble without a sealant? I have coffee tables and random items made of marble.

    Lousy packaging!

    We ordered 6 bottles of this product. They were shipped to us in a plastic bag that was loose in the cardboard box. (no packing to stabilize the bottles). They spilled inside the bag which then leaked and ruined the cardboard. 4 of the 6 bottles had lost some of the cleaning liquid. Replacement would have required us to repackage and return the product. After cleanup, we decided to not have the extra bother. We will not order from Target again.

    Received Damaged & Target Won't Replace

    This cleaner arrived cracked, liquid completely soaked the box and was unsalvageable, and Target refuses to issue a refund or exchange unless I return the item (which clearly isn’t possible). I spoke to customer service and they were unhelpful. So FYI, if you order this online (because it is out of stock at the store) and it arrives damaged, it’s on you! Shame on you Target.

    Packaging was not good

    I have yet to try this product but would caution about ordering online as it arrived leaked out everywhere over everything. 🫤 On the positive side, Target was gracious enough to send a replacement. I do hope it doesn't leak everywhere as well.
