A: I purchsed this in store yesterday. I was worried about the same, but I consider jt much more of a true white than ivory. I have white sheets, and there is not a hard contrast between the white in the sheets and the white of the quilt like the listing photo made me believe. Hope this helps!

This quilt is not overly bad; however, there were issues with fading/discoloration after washing. I followed the care instructions to the tee, but after the drying cycle (on low heat), there were areas that formed discoloration. The fabric itself is soft and perfect for summer sleeping but not worth the price being charged. The matching pillowcases were of worse quality, immediately pilling and stuffing coming out after the first wash.

If you have animals that may be on your bed this is not the bedding for you. Within a week of purchasing my dog snagged it all up doing nothing out of the ordinary.

Love this quilt as it’s super soft and the exact thickness for summer bedding. The only downfall, l returned the 1st one due to several stains on both sides. When l took this one home and opened it up, it also had a couple of stains on the top, so it cant be hidden.

The fabric is so gentle against your skin and it isn’t too heavy of a weight. It could be your main blanket or a great accent on your bed. Arrived dirty & pilling

I want to love this. Love the weight, color and texture. But it arrived dirty (from shipping box with no wrapping or protection inside) plus a few dark spots once unfolded that do t look like they’ll wash out. Also removed over a dozen pilling spots, which makes me think this may not hold up well with daily use and regular washing.

Soft and cozy light quilt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this fabulous lightweight matelasse gauze quilt by threshold and it did not disappoint!! It’s soft and super comfortable and the gauze feel really makes it feel more full. It’s great for the spring and summer months because it’s light but still feels like you’re using a blanket. My only complaint is that the drive up brought a dirty one so I need to swap it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this gauze quilt online for my home. This light green quily fits a full size or queen sized bed comfortably. The quilt is very pretty and has a textured look to it. Itbis made imof cotton with polyester filling. Unfortunately, it had a few snags when I received it and even snagged a little bit more when I was unpackaging it. It seems like the material is just too delicate. For the price, I think it's very reasonable but the quality of the material is not very good and I dont thinknit will hold up well in my household.

Full queen size quilt for bed

The outer material is made of 100 percent cotton, which is great so it’s breathable for your skin. This is machine, washable, and easy to maintain. This looks great paired with any neutral color.

Very comfortable True a size blanket

It was just the right size to allow for a little hangover on the sides, and it provided plenty of warmth. I like the color as it was not too harsh and the material of the blanket gave a little bit of a stretch and appeared to be very soft .
