Beautiful but mattress made with toxic materials
Beautiful but the mattress is made out of polyurethane foam and the pad cover recycled plastic :( didn’t realize this until I washed the pad cover today. Plus the pad cover shrunk a little. Would not recommend.

Utter beauty and functionality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very grateful to the stellar product testing panel for allowing me to test out and keep this beautiful bassinet. It is truly a work of art, but the functionality and technology behind this beauty goes far beyond the aesthetics. Oh how I wish I had this bassinet with my first child! The connectedness of the bassinet to our family phones is amazing. The cry technology almost seems to catch our babies cries before they even begin and I am able to try and soothe from afar via my phone (vibrations, noise, etc). The bassinet was a breeze to set up and quite easy to collapse and move around as well. The footprint is just a tad larger than I would have preferred, but the functionality and pragmatism of the details make up for it! Super easy to spot clean, and my baby truly does seem comfortable in it. I was cognizant of giving this a fair timeline to review, as sometimes I feel just a week or so isn’t enough. I am pleased to say that this is a winner for us in perpetuity. I would highly recommend this luxury, sophisticated bassinet to anyone in the market. Well, worth the price tag, I assure you!

Stylish and functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bassinet is both stylish and functional! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet. It was quick and easy to put together and only took me a few minutes. Packaged very well as to avoid damage and even the packing felt premium. The onyx matched our bedroom perfectly and is perfect height for beside our bed as others felt too tall. As you can see in the photos, it is made from premium materials that look and feel good. The mattress is thicker and softer than any other bassinet I have seen or used but still firm for safe sleep. By 2 month old baby seemed to love this and started sleeping through the full night on night 2 and had continued to ever since. Our baby loves to put her face into the side and I feel comfortable that she can still breathe easy with this material. The cry detect has not worked well for us. All but 1 time it said she was hungry. Even if she had just eaten. I guess she just has passionate cries. However I love the music, vibrations, and night lights it has as well as the fact it can attach to either side or be used by itself. The app was a great tool to use to adjust these features as well to not have to be at the bassinet. You can even talk to your baby from another room through the monitor device with the phone app. The one thing I would change about this bassinet is the light levels on the monitor were too bright at night. It would be great to have the option to dim them. We use a red light and the lights were still so bright they were lighting up the room. We just secured a burp cloth over it at night when using the features. Other than that we absolutely love this bassinet and will continue to use until she outgrows it!

Beautiful functional and great for large baby

The design of the bassinet is beautiful, functional and very versatile. My daughter loves to sleep and play in the bassinet and loves the vibration and music. The cry assist has been a very helpful tool to help me understand my daughter’s cries better and I can’t figure out how it’s so accurate and helps me soothe my daughter so much faster by helping me understand her cries!!! The materials are breathable, beautiful and very trendy and I love the way it goes so well with my home decor. I find that usually baby gear looks so ugly in the home and am so pleased by how nice this looks while still being so functional.

Aesthetically pleasing bassinet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First off when I received this product, I thought the set up of building the bassinet was very simple. The design of the bassinet is beautiful. I love how it matches my house. As far as being able to use the app for the cry translation, I was not able to use that app because for some reason, I could never connect the app to the Internet in my house so I wouldn’t be able to give my opinion on that, but I thought the other features like the vibration and the music Were very convenient and I would definitely say that was my favorite feature of the product. The only thing I will say is that I think the bassinet itself is too low. I have it in my living room and when I have to change his pamper, I do have to move him to a different area only because it’s too low and back will start hurting. Other than that, I think the product is amazing again it’s definitely aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable for my baby.

Premium Feeling Bassinet with Premium Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maxi-Cosi Sibia bassinet feels and looks like a premium bassinet. It was incredibly easy to put together; I did it myself in less than five minutes. The height is perfect to be able to bend down and pick up your baby with ease and the wide base makes it incredibly stable. My toddlers love to come and look at baby brother and I don’t have to worry about the bassinet tipping over. The included mattress sheet washes very well, although I do wish it was a bit softer. There are a lot of great features on the Connected Family app. You can control everything that’s on the actual unit like vibration, light, sound, and it has a two way talk feature. I really liked how in the app you can turn on the “child lock” so that little hands can’t mess with the settings on the actual unit. There is a “listen in” feature on the app so you can hear baby from your phone, but it does not play in the background if you have the app closed, so you can’t necessarily use it as an audio monitor without keeping the app open. There’s also an option to set “scenes” and timers so you can really tailor the sound and vibration features for nap and bedtime and then quickly put on the preprogrammed settings. The cry assist technology is something that I have not seen on any other product and I was very excited to try it out. It does take about 20-30 seconds for the cry to translate and there is a five minute “cool down period” after a cry is translated before another cry will be translated. Most of my breastfed baby’s cries translated to “hungry” even after he just ate. It’s not something that I would use on a reliable or consistent basis, but it’s awesome that the technology is there and I can see it being a great support tool for those early days when you are still learning baby’s cries. One of my favorite features, outside of the design and tech, is how well the bassinet folds down for storage. With other bassinets I’ve had, after baby outgrows it, you are left with a large bulky item to store. The Sibia bassinet bed comes off with the push a button and compresses and then the legs, again with just a push of a button, fold flat. This makes it super easy to store for our next baby as everything just fits right back in the box with no other disassembly required. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me try this out with our newest little addition. It’s become his favorite place to sleep for both naps and bedtime.

Beautiful smart bassinet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bassinets have come such a long way, and this one is top notch! My favorite feature is the new cry translation technology. This would’ve helped me so much with my first, being a new mom, I just didn’t know how to translate his cries and would often pick him up unnecessarily. Using this with my second has helped tremendously and she sleeps so much better! Iy’s great because when the app tells me it’s a sleepy cry I can then adjust the sound machine and vibration through the app to help her fall asleep on her own. It’s super easy to set up and create accounts in the connected family app. I also really loved the simple and modern design of this bassinet. It matched my other coastal decor so perfectly and has a lightweight and airy look. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet.

Game changing bassinet with smart features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this bassinet for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! First off, the mattress is incredibly comfortable. It’s the perfect level of soft while still providing enough support, which is so important for a newborn. I also love that it meets all the safe sleep guidelines, giving me peace of mind every time I lay my baby down. One of my favorite features is the sound machine and light that are attached to the bassinet. Being able to control both through the app is a game-changer – it’s so convenient when I need to adjust the environment without disturbing my baby. And the CryAssist feature? Honestly, it’s been a lifesaver. Instead of rushing to feed my baby every time they cry, CryAssist helps me understand whether they’re hungry, need a diaper change, or just need some comfort. It’s really helped me feel more confident in my parenting. The only downside for me is that the bassinet is just a little too short for my bed. Stylish and Modern Bassinet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This luxury bassinet is the perfect mix of style and functionality. Upon receiving the bassinet, I could immediately tell it was top quality with its sturdy ash wood legs and premium fabrics, which perfectly complement the aesthetic of my nursery. One of the things that excited me most about this bassinet is the innovative monitor with built in cry translation, which sends notifications to the app on my phone. As a first time mom, deciphering my little one’s needs can be tricky at times and the monitor’s technology helped me understand why she might be crying so I could quickly soothe her. Additionally, the monitor has other thoughtful features you can customize such as a speaker to play white noise, vibration, and a night light. I especially love the motion sensor on the light that allows me to check on my baby without waking her. My favorite feature about this bassinet is it folds easily, allowing me to store it when the time comes for future children. The baby sleep changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I absolutely love the Maxi-Cosi Sibia Bassinet! From the moment I set it up, which took literally under five minutes, I could tell it was designed with both parents and babies in mind. The modern, sleek design fits perfectly into my home, and I especially love the shape. It feels more natural and open compared to traditional bassinets, and the height is just right for staying eye-level with my baby while sitting next to her. It’s also great for tummy time while keeping baby out of reach from older siblings and pets. One of my favorite things about this bassinet is the Connected Family App. It’s so convenient to control the vibrations, sounds, and even talk back to my baby—all from my phone. The built-in light is another great feature, making nighttime check-ins much easier without having to turn on a bright lamp. I was a little unsure about the gentle vibrations at first (I thought side-to-side rocking would be better), but I was pleasantly surprised—they work beautifully, and the music selection is so soothing. I didn’t get a chance to fully explore the cry assist feature, but I love that it’s there as an option. The bassinet itself feels very high-end; sturdy, well made, and thoughtfully designed. I did notice a small scuff after a week, but overall, it still looks and feels premium. I would absolutely recommend the Maxi-Cosi Sibia Bassinet. It’s stylish, functional, and has so many thoughtful features that make the “fourth trimester” easier. The easy assembly, app controls, and overall design are just so well done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bassinet is everything. Sleek, functional, beautiful, connected, SAFE. I only wish I had this for my previous children!! Thanks to the generosity of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was able to test out this amazing bassinet at no cost to me. It would be worth every penny - trust me. It is stunning to look at and is truly meant to be in a Scandinavian, minimalist house. I laugh, because that is definitely NOT my house, but nonetheless, I welcomed it into our bedroom and then family room with open arms. THe connected features are unparalelled and the cry detection is spot on and incredibly accurate. I feel like I became more in tune with a hungry cry vs a scared cry vs a soiled diaper cry, etc. So incredibly amazing how easily it syncs to your phone and translates data. I was able to very easily navigate and customize the parent app and use it frequently to turn on sounds and vibrations to try and soothe my baby before heaving myself out of bed to rock and feed. We've only spot cleaned the pad a couple times after drool so I can't speak to the washibility but so far, so good! Would recommend this bassinet 10/10 times. Buy it!!!

The Perfect Bassinet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maxi-Cosi Sibia bassinet is perfect in every way! The design is absolutely beautiful and the modern design blends perfectly with our home. The Onyx is the perfect shade of grey and compliments the wooden legs really well. I assembled this bassinet in less than ten minutes by myself, it is super easy and straight forward. The monitor can be mounted on either side of the bassinet and can also be removed and used on its own on a tabletop. I love that you can continue to use the technology of the monitor after your baby outgrows the bassinet. The monitor's cry translation technology was a game changer for us. My son has reflux, and sometimes it can be hard to tell if he is upset because he is hungry or if it is just gas. The cry translation was spot on every time, and it made it a lot easier to respond faster to his needs. I love the customization options on the Connected Family app. You can change the settings on the monitor and see translations for your baby's cries. The vibration has three settings that you can use to cater to your baby's preference. My son loved the highest setting and slept for nine hours the first night we used the bassinet. There are also several sounds to choose from, and a motion-activated nightlight. The app is pretty user friendly, and it is nice to be able to change the settings through your phone versus having to get up and manually change it at the bassinet. You can load all of your Maxi-Cosi smart devices to one profile on the app and monitor them all in one place. The mattress has a removable machine-washable cover, which is a must have in my opinion. The removable half canopy is great for blocking out light when you need to. My favorite feature of this bassinet would be how easy it is to fold up and move around the house and travel with. I have had other bassinets that I had to give away because they did not fold and were just too big to try to store for the next baby. I love that you can easily store this bassinet away and be able to use it for multiple children. I highly recommend the Sibia bassinet to anyone looking to invest in a bassinet with all the bells and whistles that is high quality and will make life easier! Mama you need this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aesthetic of the bassinet is spot on, with gorgeous wooden legs, and simple muted colors. Really gives off a peaceful vibe. I like that it sits low, making it easy to pickup my infant when the bassinet is next to my bed. But the best part? It’s a combination of bringing earthy and modern with its app feature that tracks my babies cries. It helped me see the pattern when baby was fussy and crying just by looking on the app. I can also see when my baby is crying, if I’m outside the house or in a different part of the house. The removable monitor is really the best part! Why? Because it has an awesome nightlight, vibrates the bassinet (which my 2 week old loves) and plays soothing music. Amazingly Advanced Bassinet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Maxi-Cosi Sibia Bassinet through the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I feel so lucky to have gotten it. This bassinet has so many features I didn’t even realize I needed. The monitor, light, and sound machine attaches right to the bassinet. You can choose from a variety of sounds and songs, different types and levels of vibration, and even use the motion light. Each feature has many customization options, and can easily be adjusted right on the bassinet or through the app. The Cry Assist Technology is very neat. So far, it’s done a wonderful job interpreting my son’s cries. Most of the time, they are related to hunger, which the technology gets right every time. Being able to talk to him or hear him through the microphone in the monitor is a great feature as well. I believe my favorite feature is the adjustable light/ motion light. I use this for night feedings to keep the lighting dim, and even when going to the restroom at night. The design is sleek and modern as well, which fits my minimalistic, mid-century style decor. It honestly would fit most any decor style. The canopy is a nice touch as well with the quiet opening and closing. My son adjusted quickly to this bassinet. He has struggled with daytime naps, and I believe the built in sound machine and vibration helps him get to sleep faster. I highly recommend the Maxi-Cosi Sibia Bassinet because you can do just about anything with it. The Cry Assist Technology provides a sense of relief for new parents that are trying to understand what their baby needs.

What drew me to this bassinet is the modern look as well as top of the line innovative features. My favorite features are its ability to fold flat, the detachable audio monitor with coordinating phone app, and the breathability and visibility in the luxe fabrics. Maxi Cosi created a designer bassinet with safety in mind. The sleek modern look suits our home decor perfectly. The nightlight is a notable feature because it has a motion sensor and three levels of brightness. This is a niche thing but I appreciated how the monitor was easy to hold when detached from the bassinet. It has a groove that my finger fit in perfectly. Being able to grab and hold or move things quickly is something you look for when you are busy taking care of little ones. The sound and vibration options you can control on the monitor or in the app itself are impressive. I would definitely recommend this bassinet for all of these features as well as many more.
