Love McCormicks seasonings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can't go wrong with McCormick's seasoning. The course black pepper is great for topping meals or using in a crust for meat. I typically don't purchase the course cause I forgot how good it was to have on hand. Now I'm stocked up for a little bit.

Basic but good!

Excellent flavor
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coarse ground pepper is excellent for cooking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The flavor is exquisite and it's not too strong so it's perfect for cooking pretty much anything. 10/10 for sure!

Fine, just not for people like me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] McCormick sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. I like black pepper and use it as my base for seasoning a lot of savory dishes. But what compares to the fine version, is when the amount you use. With using coarse ground, it's best for dry rub meats that require a lot of seasoning. But me using it for almost everything (savory wise) like how I use the fine ground, would be too peppery. I like to be able to have control of the flavor of my food. And I have yet to have that with this.

Great Pepper!

Perfect Pepper for Steak!

It added the perfect amount of bold, peppery flavor without overpowering the meat. The coarse texture gave the steak a delicious little crunch and really brought out the savory flavors. Delicious flavors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love McCormick spices and i was so excited when i received the coarse ground black pepper. I had some troubles opening the lid but when i finally did i was fascinated with the aroma. I noticed they changed the lid and im grateful because with the previous design if you were not careful it will dispense a lot. We love beef stew at home and this definitely gives a kick of flavor. Definitely i'll keep rebuying this product.

Of "Coarse" It's Good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Black pepper is one of my favorite spices, and I always appreciate a good coarse grind! I have found that the McCormick coarse ground black pepper is very versatile and works nicely in a variety of recipes—even if they don't specifically say to use coarse ground. I have found that it is a great substitute when "freshly ground" black pepper is needed because it works just as well thanks to the FlavorSeal! I also love how well the FlavorSeal keeps this fresh for extended use as I don't go through spices that quickly since I'm usually just cooking for myself. Best black pepper

You can taste the flavor of the little kick the black pepper gives. The meals all came out perfectly. All you need is just a little amount. I highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly Flavorful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to McCormick for the free Coarse Ground Black Pepper! I was happily surprised at how flavorful this was! I usually use freshly ground pepper but find ground pepper nice to have on hand for certain recipes. I used what I would usually use from other ground pepper (often feel I need more) and I could have used less as this was really flavorful! One complaint was that it was very difficult to get the top off. I had to pry it off with a spoon.

Nice addition to meals

Black pepper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unable to open the bottle. I tried for a long time. When my friends came over they also tried and where unable to open the bottle.

We're sorry to hear that you were unable to twist and remove the cap on your bottle of McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper. This will sometimes happen to a spice/herb bottle when too much heat is used at the time the cap is applied. The glue from the safety seal under the lid melts onto the threads of the bottle and 'glues' the lid fast. To remove it, carefully wrap a hot, wet paper towel around the spice bottle cap for 5-10 minutes. The heat from the paper towel should loosen the adhesive and allow you to twist off the cap.

Perfect with everything!

From eggs with breakfast all the way to dinner you can use this on everything and I promise you are going to want to! It's in an easy to use hand shake container. The shaker is easy to open even with having bad arthritis in my hands.
