This is my favorite gravy! I wish it came in the large container side. I use it for more than pork. To me this has the closest flavor to making a pan drippings gravy.

We regularly make Danish style OR German style roast pork for a special Sunday night meal. The pan drippings from the pork are very difficult to separate from the copious fat, and furthermore, they lack flavor. As a result, homemade gravy is difficult to successfully prepare. McComick to the rescue! This gravy is light, not fatty and quite flavorful. I have not found a better prepared gravy that better compliments roast pork.

I normally like all of McCormick's gravies, BUT something happened to the Pork. While in Florida, recently, I bought and used a packet of the pork gravy in a recipe. OMG! It was like I had poured a whole container of salt in the food. It was ruined. With so many things happening right then, I quickly forgot about the incident. Yesterday, back in New York, I opened and used a packet of Pork gravy AND OMG, there was the salt again. WHAT HAPPENED MCCORMICK? Where is the quality control?
