I admittedly am not a huge gravy fan, I've only ever had the kind in a jar, but this packet has made me a believer. It's really flavorful, the texture aligns more with my preferences and it really elevated the meal. I will absolutely be purchasing this again!

For the price, it's decent, but if you're looking for something with a stronger, more complex flavor, you might want to look elsewhere.

This makes me well aware that not all gravies are created equal. Lucky for me, McCormick knows what they are doing. This gravy is incredibly easy to make being that you just mix it with cold water on the stove top and takes about 5 minutes to thicken up. The flavor is fantastic and rich and the gravy is smooth. It's the perfect topper on mashed potatoes, beef, and both, like I made for dinner!! Fantastic product.

The gravy wass great in the past- tasteed delicious with beef, potatoes, etc. Alas, the label on the new, large plastic jar is impossible to open. Thus the average person has no idea how to make gravy. Whoever designed and approved the idea of putting the recipe under the label and then glueing the label shut should spend a million years in purgatory trying to open the stupid thing. This is very annoying and frustrating. The only way to get the recipe is via the Internet - that's awful.

This gravy is so good especially on rice .

I was raised my Mccormick Brown Gravy Mix. I've loved it on mashed potatoes and roast beef. However, over the past few years it's gotten lighter in color and the flavor has changed. It's like it has more corn starch or flour in it. I switched to Pioneer this year. If you bring back the old recipe, you'll bring me back too. But for now, my family and I will no longer use it.

I know there's a way but the internet isn't finding it. I'm trying to make au jus using my big container of brown gravy mix and I can't find the measurements
