It was super easy to make and very affordable. I used chuck roast because it was the cheapest and it turned out so tender and delicious. My whole family enjoyed it for a couple days. It's definitely better next day so try not to finish it the first day. I also recommend seasoning the beef with salt and pepper before tossing it in flour and browning it so the meat is better seasoned. Overall, I would love to make this again!
