Great, Flavorful Addition to Beef Roast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to McCormick for kindly sending me this Au Jus Gravy Mix for free so that I could review it. I used the mix as part of my base when I slow-cooked a chuck roast. It was a great supplement for a beef and noodles dinner. It's fairly similar to other mixes I've tried in the past, and had a nice flavor. It blended beautifully, I'd say better than most products I've tried, and boosted the umami of the mushroom and onion I used, without being too rich or overpowering the meal. I'd definitely buy this again for the days when I don't want to make an Au Jus/gravy totally from scratch, and I'd absolutely recommend it to others.

Amazing

Very Good!

Perfect for Crockpot

Fresh is better but this will do in a pinch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this as a gravy for our mashed potatoes and it was pretty good. I didn't catch that it was a gravy until the last second so I had to shift gears and use it as a gravy instead of an au jus. I originally wanted to do a French dip and I could have but I figured I'd experiment a little bit. I was pleased with the result.now I have to try a fresh au jus gravy instead of broth.

Great flavor in a small packet

Wonderful taste, some questionable ingredients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in exchange for an honest review. I used it in a Mississippi pot roast recipe, and it was really tasty! My husband and I try to be careful about the ingredients we put in our body, and this had a few ingredients we are a little wary of. I will probably use it again when I make the recipe, because I won't make it all that often. It was hard to stop eating the juices, because it tasted so good! 4 stars to account for the ingredients.

Delicious!

Au Jus Gravy - Really?
Oh my gosh! I made this au jus gravy recently as I wasn't certain I had enough natural juices to make my own gravy. I made this according to the package directions. NEVER AGAIN!!! To be brutally honest? This Au jus Gravy mix would gag a maggot!!!
