Used daily, other than sleeping, it reduces then eliminates my pain associated with tennis elbow. Its unique design allows movement while flexing my arm, without cutting off blood flow. Other brands fail to flex with my arm, resulting in discomfort. The Mcdavid elbow strap is definitely a top tier product!

This is not worth the money. It is cheaply made.

I didn't expect it to work to be honest but I am noticing less tennis elbow so it's a win for me. I play pickleball pretty aggressively and the added support is definitely a bonus. I wish they had different sizes but I could also lose a few pounds

This arm band is so slippery! Even if I put it on tight as I can, it still slips down my arm eventually. It’s okay comfortable-wise, like it doesn’t feel super bulky, and I do think it offers some support for my elbow as it hurts less than it has in the past, but I’m not sure it’s something I would purchase.
