Q: I saw in the pictures an extendable arm but in the reviews, someone said that It was only the showerhead so I was wondering if an extendable arm was included but I also didn't see it mentioned in the product description?

Had this Showerhead over 2 years it hasn’t shown any rust, this is a great product for its price.
Does not come with arm attachment as advertised

Shower head looks good, but it does not come with the arm to connect to the wall as advertised. Therefore, only buy if you are installing directly to ceiling. I'm not in the process of looking for an arm attachment to install into wall.

Does not come with arm extension like shown in picture . They don’t carry them in store so bummer to wait for a week arrival then no extension for the head if you get one that shown in picture it’s $28 separate and you can just order a whole set for $40 with arm extension don’t waste your time or money ! Who showers that close to the wall ?
