This SHOULD HAVE A HANDLE young kids playing a sandbox need/ want to carry like a pail with handle! I purchased 2 for gifts, both Moms complained kids couldn’t pack it up and carry! Usually, Melissa & Doug are TRUSTED gifts, l have purchased HUGE AMOUNTS OF THEIR PRODUCTS this one needs more thought!

Great quality sand toy
We own 2 of these. They are so much fun and high quality. We have taken them to the beach (even packing them into a check bag on airplane) the last 3-4 years. They have been used in the backyard sandbox and the kids like to also play with them in the bath when not in use as sand toys. Highly recommend.

We were so excited about this set! It had great pieces in it. We own four other coordinating sand play sets but this one didn't measure up. the bucket busted before we finished our beach trip.

Cute bucket and all the goodies it comes with however one HUGE flaw...at least for us was the bucket has NO handle..didn't notice when buying . Because of its size and shape if its got any amount of sand or water in it ...its very awkward to carry (grandma ends up doing it). Ended up buying a different one with a handle so we have 2 options but my husband is going to attach a small rope for a handle. Cute but not the most practical.

I bought this for our boys for a trip to FL in a month. It really is cute!! Not your run of the mill sand toys. The top, turtle part of the bucket can sometimes be difficult for little hands to get sealed, but none the less my boys love this. I can't wait for our trip to the beach!!
