The welt constructed AMP LT waterproof moc-toe wedge work boot is an extremely comfortable soft toe work boot designed for high performance.The 6-inch upper is made from premium barnyard proof SPR leather that resists many caustic alkali and potash, as well as other barnyard acids. A special tanning process makes it far more abrasion resistant and stronger than conventional leathers. A heel-stabilizing Counter Lock prevents heel slippage and acts as a protectant against tears when kicking off your boots. The foundation of the boot includes a fiberglass shank for added stability, a shock absorbing EVA midsole, and a Carbo-Tec Rubber wedge outsole. A proprietary blend of rubber gives this wedge work boot great heat, , abrasion, slip and oil-resisting properties. It meets ASTM F2892 electrical hazard standards for soft toe safety footwear.The interior of this wedge work boot is equipped with a guaranteed waterproofing system and lined with a soft performance mesh. The 3-D Shaped counter pocket provides additional heel support and comfort. A removable AMP LT memory foam insole is a layer of cushioning polyurethane topped with a layer of memory foam for all day extreme comfort.

    Slippery Sole

    They look great but the sole of this boot is not slip resistant. After falling for the third time i retired these boot. Only boot i ever wear has been georgia boots and I am extremely disappointed.

    Run far away

    I bought these boots about 3 weeks ago and the toes are already separating I've been wearing Georgia boots for a long time and have never had this issue. Another thing to know is the waterproofing creates a horrid smell because they do not breathe properly

    The best

    My favorite boots of all time. I've been wearing Georgia's for probably 7 years and im on my 3rd pair. I work in the concrete trade and I put my boots through hell, on the daily. Georgia's have outlasted all my coworkers boots (wolverines,danners,thorogood,timberland,etc) over double the longevity and out of the ball park with lasting comfort. You cant beat these boots, I've personally put them to the test myself over and over. With proper care and maintenance these boots will last 2x longer than any other boot. Only boots I wear and I've tried most brands too.

    Out of the Box

    Ive worn Georgias for 10 years. These Amp LT's dont disappoint. Comfort out of the box, great heel support and strong stitching. Ive had them for a few weeks now and already co workers are ordering theirs. I hope I get the years out of them that I expect to from Georgia.

    Georgia is on my mind!

    I have worn them every day 8 to 10 hours for exactly 3 weeks. I have never experienced the comfort from Thorogood or Redwing as I have these. If I get the life out of these I'll never go back to the other overpriced big name boots.

    Boots cant wear

    Love the boots but cant really wear them they are so tight on my feet i would suggest getting a 1/2 inch bigger size i like them tight but these are a bit too tight i tried to wear them but shooo no way so now im stuck with boots i cant wear wish money grew on trees but if i could im sure they would be comfortable. Have linemen boots about 5 pounds a boot big difference. Very nice guys hopefully soon

    I do not recommend

    I bought these Georgia boots for the first time wearing Georgia boots. I normally buy redwing 411 and these Georgia boots were very similar but a little short but they seemed comfortable so I made the purchase. After the first few days of wearing them, I noticed the in soul was not very comfortable and seemed to create and hold moisture, which is not good. With in a week the toe seem has opened, they are not water proof and have a horrible odor from the material of the in soul holding moisture. I have been regretting my purchase everyday since then. I will be going back to redwing, but would really appreciate my money back!

    Looks good, that’s about it unfortunately.

    I got these around 3-4 months ago. In the store they fit well, and we’re extremely comfortable. I’ve worn Georgia mostly for about 20 years. Only had one other that the liner was poor quality on. None of them were uncomfortable, except these. So the boot is good quality and I got lots of compliments on them. But being waterproof, they started to smell bad. They were sized 1/2 size too small, I wear 9.5 in all other Georgia’s. These hurt my toes. The memory foam insole makes the bottoms of my feet hurt by 8 hours. Every other Georgia I had I have worn up to 16 hours, most of the time every day. Was really excited about them, but doubt I’ll even be able to wear them, especially wear them out.

    Beware

    Too heavy and bulky. Feels more like a hiking boot. Slippery sole on tile.

    Very Comfortable!

    These are the most comfortable boots I’ve owned. The insoles are very soft. The leather has a soft broken in feel. Also a good looking boot. We’ll see how they hold up, but so far very impressed.

    Killer Boots Man!!!

    I love these boots. I get compliments all the time which is weird at the construction site but that's how nice these boots look. Super comfortable. I wear them all day and haven't bothered me one bit. The only down side about these boots is that I know I'm going to have to beat them up when I'm down in the trenches or dragging them around some crawl space. As long as they stay comfortable I'll be happy though.
