Q: Why did they change the pump?! The new one is awful. It constantly gets stuck down. It also doesn't make foam sometimes. It just shoots out liquid. All of the ones I've bought with the new pump have this issue.

    Grapefruit is beat smell. Avoid Lemon Freesia.

    Dislike the smell of this lemon freesia. It literally smells like I’m washing my hands with dish soap. Gross. On the other hand (no pun intended) the Grapefruit is spa like in its fresh smell. Love grapefruit. I’m just bummed that they don’t carry grapefruit as a refill.

    Worsened My Eczema and Irritated My Hands

    I wanted to like this soap because the Sweet Water scent is pleasant however it irritated my hands and made my eczema worse. My hands became more dry and irritated after using it.     Soft hands smell amazing

    Really strong smell.

    I've used many different scents of the foaming wash and light almost all of them. I was happy to see the new Sandalwood sent because I generally like sandalwood. But this is so incredibly strong and really unpleasant. I tried to wash it off with one of the other soaps, the pink grapefruit one, and I had to wash like three times to get the smell off. Unfortunately I'm going to have to return this. It doesn't smell like Sandalwood it just is really strong and unpleasant.
