A: The new bottles have this PROBLEM! SOLUTION: the dispenser has a small collar that isn't actually part of the main cap. Gently keep the collar from moving and release plunger/dispenser!

A: No smell to this soap. When I was pouring it into my dispenser, there was the tiniest bit of smell (so they haven't added any fragrance to mask the natural scent of the cleaning agents!), but I don't smell it when I use it, and it leaves no odor on my hands.

A: There is no scent - it's wonderful. We switched from Soft Soft after using it for decades, when they added a stinky perfumy scent to their non-scented soap. But large refills would be appreciated!

Commercially produced liquid hand soaps have a shelf life of about two to three years. After this period, the ingredients can break down, causing changes in the soap's scent, color, and consistency.
