A: If you have attempted to open the dispenser and still has not 'popped' to allow pumping, please return for exchange in case it may have been a defective pump

A: The new bottles have this PROBLEM! SOLUTION: the dispenser has a small collar that isn't actually part of the main cap. Gently keep the collar from moving and release plunger/dispenser!

A: There is no scent - it's wonderful. We switched from Soft Soft after using it for decades, when they added a stinky perfumy scent to their non-scented soap. But large refills would be appreciated!

A: No smell to this soap. When I was pouring it into my dispenser, there was the tiniest bit of smell (so they haven't added any fragrance to mask the natural scent of the cleaning agents!), but I don't smell it when I use it, and it leaves no odor on my hands.

I love this hand soap and my go-to is the lavender scent. However, I decided to try lemon & mint this time, and it smells awful. I came straight to the review section after using it to see if others felt the same, and I’m seeing similar reviews regarding this scent. To me, it smells like cigarette smoke that’s been baked into someone’s clothing. Hopefully the company changes the formula. I really like Ever Spring hand soap otherwise - try the lavender scent instead!

Overly diluted

I boughtvthe refill and noticed that the hand soap is overly diluted. I gave a three star for the ingredients but in terms of value fir nonet this is 1. You are better off buying hand soap and diluting with water to give a foaming hand wash.

Better than more well-known brands

I initially didn't think I'd like this as well as some of the more well-known brands, but took a chance. Turns out, I like it better than the bigger brand names I've tried. This soap is thicker than others, is truly fragrance free (unlike some of the brands that say they are but aren't), and actually leaves my hands feeling softer and more moisturized than others. I highly recommend.

Packaging changeup was not a good idea

PACKAGING IS CONFUSING! This is for the LIQUID SOAP, not the foaming soap. And now you’ve changed the packaging of the foaming soap after it’s had the exact same branding as the liquid soap. I bought this gigantic bag only to realize it’s for liquid, not foaming soap, despite the packages being the absolute same design. Boooooo.

The scent is too strong. More lavender than bergamot. Leaves my hands with a slick sheen. I tried this as a replacement to the Up & Up Ocean Breeze Bergamot that was my favorite. This is a poor substitute. I'm back to ECO lavender.
