A: Yes, the smell changed and I do not like it. I buy the Trarget brand,Up & Up, now.

A: I agree completely. It is awful that after all these years of using this Softsoap product that Colgate would change the formula without making the original unsented available anymore.

A: As a reply to the Answer, you should ask Target to change their description. It says it's PINK and CREAMY. That contradicts your answer and the photos that show a clear, colorless liquid.

A: It USED to be clear. I just bought one (July 2024) and it’s now a pearly pink. (?)

A: I purchased this item May 2024, and the one I received was cloudy, although previous purchases were clear. Seems to work just as well (I hope!).

A: It used to be clear but they changed the formula to use Red 40 dye for no reason. Beware if you are trying to avoid unnecessary food dyes and toxins, this is not the soap for you.

A: That is a lie. Softsoap is not cruelty-free. Colgate may test on animals, either themselves, through their suppliers, or through a third party.

A: Hi! This variant of Softsoap does not feature an protective seal underneath the cap. We can assure you that the product is safe to use!

A: I've never had a rash from using any soft-soap product. I will say though this particular version dries my hands out more and I prefer the Milk & Honey or Aloe Vera versions better.

A: If your getting a rash from any soap call your doctor. All I can say is I haven't gotten a rash from Softsoap.
