  • A: This IS for the foaming hand soap dispensers. The directions under the “drug facts” tab tells you. They should make this fact more obvious, but it works as it should in the correct pump.

  • A: This item is not a body wash, it is a hand soap refill. Normally, hand soap is reccomended for hand washing only, not to be used as a body wash.

  • A: Don't know! Perhaps because this is antibacterial and body wash usually doesn't specifically say that? Although soap and water is antibacterial, I suppose. I suppose you could use this as body wash but it is a thinner consistency than body washes usually are.

  • A: While you can use hand soap as a body wash, you would find that, due to less surfactants, your skin would feel less clean and have less suds. Also, there is less fragrance in the hand soap.

    Piece of crap

    I bought a bottle 3 or 4 months ago and couldn't get the pump to work. I thought is was one bottle defective. Now I bought another. Same problem.

    My favorite soap! Antibacterial for all of the gross things you touch inside or out. The smell is actually really great and fresh, not too sweet.     I Agree With Everyone Else. The Pump Doesn't Work, & No Direction On How To Engage It ! I Will Not Be Buying Dial Hand Soap AGAIN ! I’ll Buy Method For Me, And Soft Soap For My Husband.     Liquid Hand Soap Feels Like Water

    You’re trying to pull a fast one on us by diluting the liquid hand soap. It’s practically useless. I won’t be buying it again. It’s a shame. You used to be the leader in soap. Now your product is like colored water.

    I bought this soap a few days ago. Huge disappointment, not expected from a Dial product.The soap is so diluted, is like washing your hands with colored water, no suds, just watery golden liquid. Shame,shame shame !!!!! I shall tell everybody about this insulting experience.

    I usually buy your hand soap. However, lately the pump to dispense it does not work right. I can't get it to dispense at all. Now I'm ready to switch to Softsoap brand. It's comparable in price for the 7.5 oz product. I'll be buying the other product from now on. Not gonna fool with Dial anymore. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
