POOR drive up experience

Drive up experience - 3 days ago
Product is fine. It was the drive up experience that was disappointing. The service agent that brought my ONE item out, felt the need to say, “next time, be sure to let us know you are on your way.” Frustrating because in the past, I was not allowed to state I am there until I am parked. Safety reasons, I’m sure! Plus, there is no way of entering your parking space number before arriving. Disappointing and a VERY POOR way of starting someone’s day. Do better.
Pump doesn't work after only few weeks!

This foaming pump starts out working, but after just few weeks (if even that long?), the pump mechanism is very very difficult to push down to dispense the soap! Some time ago these pumps worked well, but now most of them fail or are too hard to push down after very short while! Not worth spending the money on these only to throw away the pump so soon. The soap itself seems fine, if a bit weirdly slick feeling, takes a while to wash the slickness off your hands. (By the way, I don't know why my user name is listed as "Apologetic" because I never submitted that!)
Has more perfume been added

Don’t know what’s going on with dial soap but they have been heavily perfumed lately. This particular soap had a balance to it but now it’s as it may have over sprayed chemicals masking as aloe or something.

I’m super bummed they added aloe to even the foaming version as well. It’s become impossible to find a bar soap without fragrance, and I’ve had to resort to using hand soap for tattoos and pits/booty crack in the shower. Now I feel like I’m back at square one looking for alternatives due to my sensitive skin. I feel like a lot of brands have either reformulated the past year, or the items have stopped being carried at my local targets. It’s really frustrating for those of us who lean more natural when it comes to products, and/or the sensitive skin folk.
Extremely strong smell and not so sensitive

I have bought Dial products for years. I love their Spring Water body wash and have never had any problems, until I bought this soap. I had not tried it before, but considering I have sensitive skin and I love aloe I figured I'd buy the big bottle. I didn't think to smell it when I put some in my hand soap dispenser, which was a mistake. After the first use, the back of my hands became dry and splotchy which has happened before when I've used liberally fragranced soaps. Then the smell hit me. I am sensitive to smells and was not expecting such a potent scent from an aloe soap. Unfortunately, my sensitivity to smells triggers migraines which is exactly what happened. I tried washing my hands off with another soap, but even after a few washes the smell lingered. I was not expecting the smell nor the harshness on my hands from a product labeled "sensitive". I will continue to use my tried and tested Dial products in the future, but for anyone else with sensitivities like me, I'd recommend steering clear of this one.

While it's great for people with sensitive skin (didn't exacerbate my dermatitis), I felt like I was washing my hands with air. Just not enough to work with and it ran out quickly.
Not harsh on the skin

We're a big family of sensitive skin folks. Both kids and my husband has eczema. My husband loves this soap because it does not dry out his hands. He started carrying one to work with him because the soap at work makes his knuckles crack.
Love it, and husband approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I put this soap near where my husband would use it so I could just so I could hear his reaction. He doesnt always like the soaps I by just because the fragrance. This not only got the job done, but the smell is one that is manly approved! If you want a soap with no residue, that gets the job done and doesnt smell like you just cane out of a perfume store, this ones for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I really liked the Dial Antibacterial & Sensitive Aloe hand soap. It leaves my hands feeling clean and soft. I recommend you try it if you're looking for a good priced hand soap that actually works and doesn't dry your hands like the other brands I've tried. I already ordered some online. It's definitely going to be the hand soap in my house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried dial antibacterial and sensitive aloe soap. I give it 5 stars. most hand soaps dry out my hands, but this did not. I recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin. It has a nice, clean, crisp fragrance to it. I love the way its packaged, in the clear bottle. Overall a great product and worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I needed an antibacterial soap that was gentle enough for my young sons hands also. This was the answer. It works amazingly, smells nice, and is gentle enough for my little ones sensitive hands. I highly recommend this if you have sensitive skin but still need the antibacterial properties of a soap.
This soap is a game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried Dial antibacterial & sensitive hand soap with aloe. It is free of SLS, silicone, parables, dyes, phthalate, and gluten. The product is also gluten free, pH balanced, dermatologist tested, and the bottle is made from 100% recycled plastic. This product is a game changer for me. The cruelty free, environmentally friendly properties, and the lack of negative ingredients were the reason for my wanting to try the product. My hands tend to dry out when using hand soap, so the aloe is a huge plus for me! No longer are my hands dry after washing them! My hands feel very clean afterwards, without stripping them from the moisture on my hands. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is interested in products that are good for the environment and cruelty free, and also to any whose hands tend to dry out with other hand soap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Hands down the best Antibacterial hand soap, a little goes a long way. The lather is wonderful and completely give you the germ free clean feeling. I noticed my hands didn't feel dried out and rough after use and to me that's just beautiful itself! This hand soap rinses easily and doesn't leave a greasy film behind while touching sink handles during wash. Highly recommended for everyone and everyday use.
