BRING BACK THE LARGER REFILLS
Love the soap but leaving a 1-star because the refill option has been discontinued. I originally had the refill option on autoship and I received individual bottles today instead. WHY would this company opt to move backwards in sustainability and choose to put so much plastic in our landfills? TERRIBLE! Switching to another company. GOODBYE!

we love the free and clear hand soap from seventh generation, but like many of the other customers here, we miss the refill size bottles they used to sell. Those larger sizes were perfect for refilling the soap dispensers around our house. We’ll unfortunately be switching to another brand until they bring those back.

Fresh, clean, and plant based ingredients!
I love the fragrance free hand wash and keep it stocked in our kitchen sink and bathrooms. It washes easy and effective in stripping away dirt and grease, leaving a fresh and clean feel afterwards without making my hands dry. Plus, we love the plant based ingredients, no dyes and synthetic fragrances so I feel confident in letting my toddler use this, too!

I yet another who will be moving on from this company for the free and clear ah d soap as we used to buy the 128 oz refill for our dispensers in the house but it doesn’t make sense to keep buying smaller units with pups every time.

Superb soap, horrible choice to get rid of refills
We've been using this for many years, elated to have finally found a fragrance-free hand soap we liked from an environmentally ethical company. Seriously rethinking their whole product line now that they've discontinued the 24-oz. refill size. Absolutely will NOT be purchasing twice as many bottles with UNRECYCLABLE pumps on them when we always pour the soap into our permanent dispensers anyway. Guess it's time to search for a replacement. :-(

Hypocritical company!
I love the soap but now they are no longer offering large refills and forcing people to buy small bottles of 8. For a company that says their “sustainable,” this seems to be a step backwards. I am no longer buying your products.
