I have loved the bottle and soap tablets until the pump broke in December 2024. I purchased a replacement and by August, that had broken. I had 4 years with the first and not 8 months with the replacement. Hoping it was a fluke, I ordered a new kit that contained two pumps. One was delivered broken and the second is working as intended for now. The pump quality is not as good as it used to be.
