Missing items
Missing some potions and a piece of the floor. My 9 year old was upset she couldn’t play with this set. No I have to go exchange for a new one. Not sure if this was returned or something and put back in the box. I just received this product via mail yesterday.

Half of the pieces are missing from the set despite being in a sealed box, and the shelves don’t fit together. This was deeply disappointing and outside our return window to do anything about it. Don’t waste your money

Great set for harry potter fan, miniature collecters and crafters!
This set is pretty great, there are many videos online to see how to put everything together in case you're having trouble understanding it. I have 2 issues with it... They should give two cauldrons of resin but you only get one. Second issue is a much bigger issue but may only be my experience... The shelves were tied so tightly together that they are Boeing outwards so the shelf pieces do not fit in the ends, they are too loose. So unless I can fix it up with super glue and hope it won't be noticable.. the shelves are now useless. Other than those reasons, I would have given 5 stars. There are a bunch of small pieces, a type of glue and resin, this kit is not for children.

Potion didn’t fit in display
I got the Skele-Gro potion and the potion bottle is so tall the display lid doesn’t fit. Even when I put it in the middle of the display, which looks terrible, it doesn’t close. I’m sure the other potions look far better, but this one is a big disappointment.

Such a well packaged and fun project! My daughter loved making all of the items. She wanted it to be unique so she added texture to the brick and repainted them to be a bit more urban. Still decorating so I will update photos. BIG PLUS- Every piece of plastic packaging was a 1 or 2 for RECYCLE!! Way to go MGA!!

My daughter (11) enjoyed placing the tile floors but the actual potion making was confusing. There is only enough resin for ONE potion, not two. Also missing one of the ingredients necessary for the teal potion.

Terrible company
Item arrived missing a piece and having another duplicated. Because I purchased this in October and gave it as a Christmas gift it wasn't opened until the end of December. Miniverse told me they would send a replacement in January. It's March and I still haven't received it. When I contacted them again they said it was out of warranty and they won't help me. Buyer beware. They have awful customer service and don't stand behind their products.

I'm only giving three stars because they don't give you two cauldrons with resin so you can make both potions. In the photo it shows both potions and I think that's a bit of a cheat if you ask me.
