Doesn’t work and can’t return it.. very disappointing

This lil sew & sew is horrible. I received it today on 10/14/25. It says in the front you could do June and war and leather oh, I tried all three forget it. It broke a needle. I inserted the other needle. It broke the needle too! I called target customer service. Basically they told me there’s nothing they can do,it is SOLD BY A third party. then they transfer me to somebody else then they try to give me a reference number and told me to call back tomorrow on the 15th. I asked for a supervisor. They said that the item didn’t even show up that it was delivered today. I said I have a picture by FedEx. I’m getting the runaround. They said there’s nothing they can do until it shows up in their system. now I have a little tiny sewing machine that I paid for broken needles and they told me to call back in 24 hours. This is how target works selling their garbage I’m upset I wouldn’t recommend this piece of trash to anybody.

It's a nice stitcher, but more for someone who is left handed. A little hard to see and guide the material unless you turn it upside down for right handed people.

Why was there a cloth already between the fastening tape and base, it’s like someone left a piece of cloth there with sample stitching or something. It seemed incredibly used. The plastic was open.
