Disappointing

Bought two of these. When they arrived, I was disappointed that the finish on one was really bad. I had to go back and forth with customer service to get them to send me a replacement, even after sending very detailed photos. This is the second time I have submitted a negative review - the first one was never published. I will never buy from this company again.
