A: dc 01/07/22 Case# 132721038 DPCI: 249-12-0136 Furniture Great question, The Thatcher Wood Bench is made from Rubberwood, it is very stable, with shrinkage and cracking kept to a minimum, making it great for furniture. Rubberwood takes stains and finishes very well. This is especially great if you want to change its appearance to suit your tastes and its setting.

Zincs quality and heavy, but too small and narrow for what I wanted! I was going to use this as a makeshift coffee table for my small apartment, with the option to also use it as a dining bench when guests came over. While it looked nice and was great quality, it felt small both as a table and to sit on. Would be better for an entry bench.

This bench is VERY top heavy. My 7 year old knocked it over and it fell on top of her finger and smashed her finger open, requiring several stitches. We are expecting another baby and I couldn’t imagine having this around a toddler learning to walk.

Let’s start with the positives, great quality, very sturdy and perfect size for the space I wanted it. I ended up returning it because of the color, it was leaning towards the yellow spectrum more than the natural color that I was expecting. I tried it in two different places to make sure it wasn’t about lighting but I just didn’t like the color.

This bench is perfect for a small space. I needed a bench in our workout room to put my water bottle, and towel. We also use it for putting on/ taking off shoes. It's just perfect! I ordered black. It arrived packaged well and already put together! If you need a small bench, I recommend this one!
