A unique cooperative game!
I enjoyed playing this game with my 5th and 6th grade students. It looks complicated at first but is actually easy to learn and play. We had fun running away from the snakes and trying to escape. The value in this game is working together, problem solving, communicating, and having fun together!

Impossible to win!
We like the game, it's fun and moves quick.however after playing for a few years and well over 50 games now, I am convinced it's IMPOSSIBLE to win! We even tried cheating and recycling the cards and still lose every time. Friends have come over and made sure we aren't playing wrong, and the number of players doesn't matter. It has become a joke now that we will gift the impossible game to a friend some day to watch them freak out when it is impossible for them to beat.

Fun, unique game!
My family is really enjoying this game! It does need some strategic thinking, but we are really having fun with that aspect (rather than pure luck of a dice roll). As a parent, I’m loving that it is a cooperative game so that all siblings win together (or lose together) so that I don’t have to deal with after game drama.

The cooperative strategy for this game is fun and accessible for our whole crew, from age 5 to 45.

Compelling game, even for adults
Our family loves this game! It's one of our go-to games. There's something compelling about it that makes us just want to keep playing, even as adults. We have one other cooperative game, but there's no feeling of winning with it. With Space Escape, (we call it Naked Mole Rats, referring to an episode from Bill Nye the Science Guy) it's really us against the snakes, making winning a real triumph. We've been playing it for at least 4 years now, starting when our daughter was 7 or so.

Fun game to play with our six year old. We removed some snake tokens and allowed a second draw from the deck to make it easier.

Fun and challenging
A fun, but challenging game. We've played it three times (just got it), but have yet to win. That's OK, it's a lot of fun to strategize, keep trying, and see what you can do next time. This game really does involve and rely on people communicating and thinking about their next move. The game and pieces are so well-made. MindWare delivered fast and had a great deal for Cooperative board games. Glad We got it, and hoping we can beat it!

Fun, Strategy, and Laughs
My grandson and I had a wonderful time playing this game. We love cooperative games like this that require planning ahead and developing strategies. The idea that we were mole rats and had to outwit the snakes added to the fun.

Great for multiple ages
I have 3 kids, each 2-3 years apart, so finding games we can play together can be a challenge. This game was enjoyable for all of us.

Our favorite!
This is, by far, my favorite game to play with the kids! The fact that it's cooperative is fantastic, and it's a super fun premise. Just all-around fantastic!

Horrible Game
This game is horrible. Has nothing to do with space. Not educational. Mole rats? My daughter picked for a Christmas gift. Hard to figure out how to play even as an adult. Waste of money and time.
