MIX:BAR Flame Candles - Vanilla Bourbon - 7oz

It smells good. I would buy again.

I really like the smell of this candle but it burns terribly. It's virtually worthless after 4 hours of burning. Extremely disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try this candle because I love the vanilla bourbon perfume by mixed bar, but unfortunately this sucked. The projection of the scent is non-existent when you put your nose in it. It does smell like the vanilla bourbon but when it’s burning, it does not smell like anything. I tested it out in a smaller room in My Home just to be sure and the room didn’t even smell like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have found that vanilla bourbon is my favorite. It has a very vanilla smell in my house every time I use the candle warmer. It doesn't take too long for the wax to melt and spread the smell throughout my house. I've been using this candle for a few weeks and the wax is still as good as the new one. Vanilla is very warm and makes you feel comfortable.

On cold, this smells exactly like the Vanilla Bourbon perfume from Mix:Bar. Unfortunately, it gives off no scent when burning, and tunnels badly, even with burning for several hours and using a candle topper to distribute the heat. Not recommended, even if you love the perfume.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice medium scented candle. It's not overpowering, but not weak. Vanilla is soft, for those not crazy about vanilla. The bourbon is a nice compliment and not overly boozy. I believe this is a soy candle, although it does not specify. Trim the wick before lightning and this will reduce any soot in the flame. It's a slow even burner so far. I would recommend this and would be open to exploring other fragrances from Mix:Bar.

I like that the burn time lasted for hours and it left the room smelling great for a very long time. It has a nice frosted glass that looks very nice.
