Completing my Miyabi Artisan set
I augmented my 7 knife Miyabi Artisan set with the utility knife. It’s a favorite of my wife’s due to it’s size, control, and the superlative performance you’d expect from a Miyabi.

Prefect size for prepping veggies and fruits. The knife is beuatifully handcrafted. The quality of the blade is something to behold. The edge is scapel sarp from the factory. Would recommend this line of knives.

Amazing agility and gorgeous!
I have loved this Miyabi Artisan line for many years and slowly adding various knives to my collection. This third after the chefs knife and paring knife. I love the size of this for various activities and the sharpness is truly incredible!
