Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion.     Great for chicken

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this knife. It can be used for a lot of different food but we mostly like it for cutting cooked chicken breasts. It cuts through like butter and doesn’t shred the chicken to pieces like other knives can.

    Great serrated knife

    I bought this knife to go with my Zwilling Pro block set. I wanted a serrated knife to cut tomatoes with and the bread knife was too long. The 5 inch knife is perfect for cutting small vegetables when you need a serrated edge.
