Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A.     Top of the Line Paring Knife

    We added two 4-inch paring knives in the Zwilling Pro line, and they are the perfect size for the smaller trimming and prepping of the chopped vegetables and ingredients. We also have two 5-inch prep knives. This line of quality German steel knives is impressive; they look amazing. These three pieces are being added to a five-knife group making an eight-knife set. We have an old Henkle knife set that was very nice and is decades old and these Zwilling Pro knives are supposed to be much better. The Zwilling are better balanced than the Henckels. The Henckels lost their edge many times, however they were in the dishwasher many times a week and these Zwilling knives will never be in the dishwasher.

    Nice paring knife

    It came very sharp with a nice grip to it. Due to the grip and the sharpness it is very precise with its cuts. The weight of the knife is even causing it to have good balance.
