The greatest knife ever! Everyone should immediately scoop up this lovely, sharp & fabulous handle with German steel. I just ordered the 6” blade utility knife after using this knife. Wow!

I bought my first Henckel's 4" paring knife almost 40 years ago. Although the blade is as sharp as ever, the handle developed a crack. I've developed a few myself (lol). Sad as I was to have to replace it, I am thrilled that my new Henckel's 4" paring knife is just as sharp and comfortable. Although, I probably won't be around for 40 more years, I am sure this knife will be.

Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it
