Q: Would these knee pads fit a 3 year old for biking and scooter purposes? What size would they need & what are the dimensions?

A: That would depend on the size of the 3-year-old, but most likely it would be way too big for them. This kneepad is not intended for biking or scooter purposes and is designed for softball players. Thank you.

Good concept but...
The fabric used is not breathable and causes your leg to become soaked with sweat after about 20 mins of biking. The knee pad is neoprene and touches the skin which the neoprene should be covered by fabric. The pad should cover more of the knee and be twice as thick for youth. Also, it should be breathable cotton. And was not comfortable as it was too tight above the knee and baggy below the knee. Sadly will have to return and look for something similar in cotton and maybe with adjustable velcro.

FYI - it's only one pad!
So it's an OK product, but note that it is only ONE pad. So now my kids have one pink one, one red one & one blue one. I do this kind of stuff a lot, but it still doesn't seem obvious to me. Good luck!

Great product
It is tough to find a youth slider that fits and performs well. This is my DD's 4th Mizuno knee pad. We have tried other brands but this is by far her favorite. She likes the fit and function, it is padded but not too bulky, and I like the durability.
