Moen Circular Drop Ell

It would makes sense for this necessary part to be included with such an expensive handheld shower fixture. Our contractor had some difficulty installing it but did get it installed correctly. Once it was caulked, it looks and works great.

Drop ell doesn't attach

Installed in a shower and couldn't attach shower hose to it. The threaded end of the ell is too close to the wall.

Met the need

Nice piece, but should have come with a matching flange to close gap with tile. Had to buy flange separately

I would not use plastic on a pressure line

From what I can see, the threads are plastic and I worry about these going bad and breaking. I would not use a wall union that was not brass.
