Q: Can the stroller be closed and stored in bassinet mode?
submitted by Bassinet mode - 2 months ago
A: Thank you for your question! We're sorry, but the Wiz stroller cannot be folded while it is in bassinet mode. You can fold it either with the stroller seat attached in seat mode or with the frame by itself. Please note that when folding the stroller with the seat attached, make sure that:
The seat is installed in the forward-facing (world-facing) position.
The seat back is in the fully upright position.
The front wheels are unlocked.
Once these conditions are met, the stroller can be folded properly.

Q: How long can the baby stay in the bassinet mode? Can they stay overnight?
submitted by Leo - 3 months ago
A: Thank you for your question! Our Wiz stroller is suitable for babies from 0 to 48 months old. In bassinet mode, it is designed for babies from 0 to 6 months old. After 6 months, it can be converted into seat mode for continued use.
Regarding overnight sleeping, our bassinet complies with the ASTM F2194 safety standard for infant bassinets and cradles. However, we do not recommend overnight sleeping in the bassinet. Babies may nap in the bassinet under supervision, and caregivers should regularly check on the baby to ensure their safety.

Q: Do you need to use car seat or can you just use it as is
submitted by Marie - 8 months ago
A: Thank you for your question. When using a car seat with the Wiz stroller, you need to remove the stroller’s original seat first, then install the car seat adapter, and finally attach the car seat to use it.

Q: How do you remove the safety harness while in bassinet mode?
submitted by Confused Dad - 11 months ago
A: Thank you for your question! In bassinet mode, you can try removing the harness and its cover. On the back of the seat, there are four buckles that you can unfasten from the back and pull through to the front of the seat. Finally, for the crotch buckle, you will need to reverse the seat — there is a buckle underneath the seat that can be pulled through to the front for removal.
Please note that when switching to seat mode, it is essential to fasten the harness to ensure your baby’s safety.

Q: Does it come with a stroller cover bag?
submitted by June C - 11 months ago
A: Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the Wiz stroller does not currently come with a storage/travel bag in the package. Additionally, there is currently no compatible travel/storage bag available for the Wiz.

Q: Are you able to take the harness out for bassinet mode?
submitted by Kaitlyn - 1 year ago
A: Thank you for your question. We recommend removing the safety belt in bassinet mode to ensure your baby can lie more flat and comfortably. However, parents should always keep an eye on the baby’s condition while in the bassinet. Once switched to seat mode, please make sure to fasten the safety belt to ensure your baby’s safety.

Q: Does it come with the bassinet attachment?
submitted by Victoriam800 - 2 years ago
A: Yes. The bassinet attachment doubles as the seat. It easily adjusts forward facing (to parents) or outward facing.
This stroller has garnered mixed feedback from guests, highlighting its lightweight design, ease of assembly, and versatility for different stages of a child's growth. Too small
Never seen such a tiny stroller! Definitely not suitable for 2 years old. Even a 15 months baby doesn’t not fit there!

Very pleased with this stroller. I wanted to get a bassinet stroller so my baby could nap if she falls asleep during a walk, without having to transfer her out when we get home. I was hoping the straps could come out in bassinet mode for this purpose (as a newborn, she's really too small for them and there's no danger of her rolling) and they do. You can slide them underneath the pad so they're not a strangle hazard. Very nice quality, especially for the price.

Broke in less than 10 uses
This piece broke off after using a few times. Now the base won’t open. I did so much research to find a stroller that was easy to open, easy to convert, and had storage underneath. Very disappointed I need to buy another stroller. My baby is only 5 months and I’ll need a stroller until he’s closer to 3 years old. I was hoping this one would have better longevity.

Meh
Honestly you get what you pay for. I wish I had spent more on a better stroller. This one is ok but after like 3 uses the wheels started squeaking and the whole thing is just kind of bulky

Great quality for price
This is great! I like the fact that I can add car seat from a different brand. I was close to spending so much on this expensive brand but this is so much better with price and quality!

Bassinet mode
This stroller seems nice. Easy to put together, but I have not taken for a spin yet. The first thing I noticed is that there is not a way to remove the harness when in bassinet mode. This seems like it would be uncomfortable for your baby to have to lie on top of the straps and buckles. Also not particularly safe to have anything extra in the bassinet since newborns sleep a lot and will most likely be sleeping in the bassinet while you鈥檙e running errands. I think there should be a way to remove the harness since you do not need it for the first 6 months. I thought this stroller was the perfect solution to not having to buy an extra bassinet accessory and especially since there is a chicco car seat adapter. But I will probably be returning since there is not a way to remove this harness and I do not want my baby to have to lie on top of hard bunny straps and buckles鈥?

Top notch stroller
The assembly was super easy. Today we took a 2.5 mile walk and this stroller was amazing to push!!! My granddaughter seemed very comfortable. Even my dog jumped into bottom basket and caught a ride. This stroller was sleek and smooth and worth every penny! In fact, way better than a nuna!!! We love this stiller and would recommend to everyone!

Perfect but...
I love everything about this stroller except that my 8 month old is too tall for this stroller. His head is touching the top of headrest and his legs are about to hang below foot rest. Would’ve love to keep this if it’d last him til he was 2 years old. I’d recommend for newborns and infants up to 6 months. Unless you have a tall baby like I do.

I bought this stroller to
I bought this stroller to transition my big guy out of his Doona. I really liked this one because of the reversible feature so the baby could face me. It is very pretty and does the job in that sense, it rolls nicely, but the stroller does not fold down in the reverse position it has to be facing forward. Customer service was very accommodating and responsive though!

Graco
I really like this stroller! It was given to me as a gift. I however have a Graco car seat and can not find an adapter for this stroller. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. Other than that it's a wonderful stroller.

Great Stoller!
The step by step instructions made the assembly very smooth and easy. Baby loves being placed on the stoller even after being strapped in. She started a bit fussy but then loved how dark it got, she went right to sleep after only a minute in there. This stoller does not have wheel that need to be filled with air which is great. It's very smooth over dirt paths, sidewalks and crosswalks. Overall very happy and highly recommend this for taking baby out.

Mompush stroller
I am 8 months pregnant and put this stroller together in no time. The directions are very specific and easy to follow. The wheels seem to be very smooth. I love all of the different convertible modes this stroller has. I ordered the sage green color but it appears to be a more blue/gray in my opinion (still a nice a color). Based on assembly alone, I would recommend this stroller. It also came packaged really nicely as well also.

Very good
A very good (and inexpensive) stroller/bassinet. Rolls and turns smoothly. It initiallly had a smell, which went away after a few days. Be aware the wheels are plastic, not rubber, which both has its advantages and disadvantages.

I love this stroller! I was using a frack one before and it was a little more bulky. I like that this is so compact.
