I ordered the grill with the cover. They didn't send the cover. Construction is pretty flimsy, grill grids slide around and don't fit well

Disappointed
Received the grill and assembled it, everything was included and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The infrared sear burner does not light and I’ve reached out to them but they have not resolved the issue and have quit communicating with me.

BBQ disappoints
Disappointed and would like to send it back or have someone from the company disassemble and reassemble it…it doesn’t sear and doesn’t get hot enough to cook a steak. Very sad

Excellent grill!
Second Monument grill I purchased. The first lasted 4-5 years. Controls are very good and the built in thermometer makes it easy to get the job done. Searing side does a great job of sealing in the moisture so it doesn’t dry out the meat. Side burner is handy for boiling corn on the cob.

Just completed assembly any have cooked several items. heats quickly and reaches high heat quickly. Sear works well, but leave any liquid off till after browning or it flames quickly

Great product
Very happy with my grill. Directions were great and marking the screws and other hardware was first rate. The only improvement I would make is attaching the handles to the doors. Somewhat tricky. Overall a great grill at a great price.

Very solid unit. seems to work well. Cooking is different on this as other grills i have had in the past. Cookes even and you can control the heat and flame as long as you keep your grill clean.

Nice grill. Instructions a bit poor with the wiring, but not too hard to figure out. Sheet metal gauge is a bit thin. I don't think the bottom shell will hold up to corrosion because it is so thin and will be the weak point. I will need to monitor and address corrosion if I want it to last. The on/off button for the LEDs is hard to find. It's on the side panel with the knobs. You have to turn off or it drains the batteries.

Nobody came to put it together so I had to rearrange for three times before someone came. The starter batteries wear out every few weeks. And also it won’t get hot and it’s just 3 weeks old.

Best grill I’ve ever owned SO FAR . We’ll have to wait n see how it holds up . What this grill does BETTER than any grill I’ve had is that it cooks so precisely, no flare ups , no uneven heat ,venting is great . I’m convinced you could bake a loaf of bread on this thing just like it’s in ur oven . I really really hope this things components don’t rust out in a year just like every grill these days seems to because I really love the product and I got the blue grill and I absolutely love the look of it too , it’s a beautiful blue

All sizzle, no fizzle
I am very happy with this grill. I’ve only used my grill once so far, and it performed great. The quality of this grill seems high, and the price was reasonable. I look forward to using this grill for many years to come. My son assembled it for me. He said it took several hours, but he didn’t encounter any problems.

Great quality and works great. Could have been a little easier to put together. I found it easier to unscrew the temp probe screen when attaching the shelve then reinstalled the temp probe screen.

Excellent Quality overall except the back of the grill half open situation.
We think excellent quality and performance to date. The assembly was assisted with the videos. Have not used rotisserie yet. One negative was the back of the grill is half open; ie not fully covered with the stainless covering. Why was the grill constructed this way? This is not aesthetically pleasing to view through our patio doors so we had to adjust to a different section of the patio that is not really as convenient for us as we would like. Is there a piece available to fit in to cover this opening? I do not think we are the only ones with this issue from reading other reviews. Thank you.
