Mouthology Coconut Peppermint Pulling Oil - 16 fl oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been meaning to try pulling oil for a while now and I guess this is the best for the beginning of this ayurvedic practice. The texture taste like oil but has a minty flavor. It is easy to put in your mouth and swish around, but it doesn’t bubble at all. The mouth feels fully refreshed after you spit it out. It is quite oily so I would recommend only using it in the bathroom and be prepared to wash your hands after. I received an incentive to write this review.

The product itself / packaging was nice and there was a seal on the top so I felt safer to use it. The smell was almost “oiled/ dull minty” if that makes sense. Which is good because I wouldnt try it if it smelled like oil. The taste wasn’t bad - lighter than I thought it would be and overall the aftermath was still minty. I don’t love the residue oil left on your lips as you spit it out. Just make sure you rinse with water after. Also - I read other reviews to not spit in your sink due to it being oil… I would keep that in mind! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve use regular coconut oil for pulling before so I was excited to use a product created specifically for this use. It is thinner than just coconut oil but will be thick for those not used to oil pulling. I think I used too much (a full cap) the first time because the aftertaste of the peppermint oil was very strong and not too pleasant. I used less the next time and it was a little better. Overall seems like a beneficial product but it is on the pricey side for me. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been interested in oil pulling but I find that the classic coconut oil is a bit too solid for easy oil pulling I like that this is completely liquid and has a slight peppermint taste to it. I hear it’s really good for your teeth and for bacterial buildup. I’ll have to use it long term to see the full benefits but I like this product already. This is my first time using this type of a mouthwash and it was interesting. I do not like the oil aspect of the product but see why people like it. If you are looking for a mouthwash that has clean ingredients, this is a great option. It is on the pricey side but it seems like it will last quite a while. I tend to do it with coconut oil in the past I have never pulled with an oil that has peppermint flavor which it is my new favorite thing loyal pulling is so good for your teeth, but it does kind of leave a weird aftertaste, however this oil by Mouthology has a peppermint flavor and it really leaves your mouth feeling fresh. it is recommended that you brush your tongue or teeth or rinse really well with water afterwards to get that oily residue out of your mouth. it is my new favorite and I will be using this at least once a day if not twice! The instructions were easy to follow and the taste was similar to a light mouthwash. I also have very sensitive teeth and this did not bother my teeth at all. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am liking the pulling oil! It has a minty smell but doesn’t really taste like anything, to me. Then it leaves my mouth with a slightly minty aftertaste and feeling very clean. I wasn’t able to swish for very long since it was my first time, but I think it will get easier the more I use it. The pulling oil is pretty much colorless as shown in my photo (medicine cup not included with the oil). It’s a big bottle so it will last awhile! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mouthology Pulling Oil with Coconut Oil and Peppermint Essential Oil is a great new addition to my morning dental routine. It has a very fresh taste, keeps your mouth smelling minty clean and is Made in the USA! It recommends at least a 2 minute swish but I did it for 5 and I think that may be my sweet spot. Make sure you spit it out in the trashcan though - coconut oil can clog your sink pipes. I love this product! I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this coconut oil based mouth wash. I am always on the hunt for simple ingredients in my everyday use products. This has a light mint flavor with the coconut underneath. I was able to swish for 2 minutes without any problems. I felt like the oil stayed in my teeth after rinsing and I need to do a really good brush to remove the feel. Do spit in the trash and not the slink.
